Small Group Sessions
Effective and efficient 40-minute resistance training (strength training) sessions. Our small group sessions are designed for individuals of any gender, age or skill level seeking to enhance muscular endurance, strength or size. Through a combination of progressive training, compound movements, and muscle targeting, you'll experience gains in both strength and confidence.
Weekly Program:
Monday: Upper Body (Push Day- Chest, shoulders, triceps)
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Full Body
Thursday: Upper Body (Pull Day- Back, biceps)
Friday: Lower Body
Saturday: Full body Cardio and Core
1:1 In-Person
Training
A fitness program, inclusive of nutritional guidance and exercise routines, completely tailored to meet your specific needs. This offering is conducted in-person, at least twice per week, at the DCX Fitness Studio in Oakland Park, FL.
One-on-one personal training is suitable for anyone looking for the most effective approach to reach their goals. It's also a great option for those who may not feel comfortable in a group setting, or anyone new to fitness who may require more instruction and/or guidance on proper technique than what is offered via small group classes.
By working closely with a personal trainer, you can receive the customized guidance and motivation you need to reach your fitness goals effectively and safely.
1:1 Online Coaching
Similar to in-person training, with the online coaching you also get a nutrition and fitness program completely designed for you; the difference is that online coaching offers the convenience and flexibility to engage with your coach from anywhere with an internet connection, eliminating the need for in-person meetings and allowing for scheduling flexibility to accommodate busy lifestyles.
Online coaching is suitable for individuals who prefer flexibility in their schedules, those who may not have access to local coaching services, or those who feel more comfortable seeking guidance remotely. It can be particularly beneficial for busy professionals and/or individuals looking to make positive changes in their lives but require guidance and support beyond what they can achieve on their own. With the right coach, online coaching can be a highly effective way to achieve personal growth and success.
