Small Group Classes

Our Small Group Classes are for anyone who is interested in resistance training to increase muscle endurance, strength or add on muscle size. Each class is designed to target a specific muscle group, and throughout the session the DCX Fitness coach ensures you're conducting each exercise with proper form and technique. All exercises are either with free weights and/or resistance bands (no machinery); they are sure to challenge a newbie to fitness, as well as anyone with strength training experience.
